MuayThai Training Details
Basic : Muay Thai training begins with learning the basic stance and movement. With the chin tucked in, the body is kept upright and hands in guard position to protect the head, and feet are kept roughly shoulder-width apart. You will work mostly on a sand-bag, Trainer will correct your position, stick closely with pad and personal trainer
Pro fighter : will learn techniques and prepare to practice with competitions.
Sparring with opponents : A MuayThai sparring session blends the best of light and hard sparring. You are able to practice special technique at a fight pace to improve your conditioning and timing.
